You sequenced what...?

Funny, that. When the first wave of reports screaming "Human Genome Sequenced!" came gushing out of the research pipes, my first response was, WHOSE genome have you sequenced? Sure, there is a substantial percentage of identity which marks us as a species, or as a race (there are certain alleles which are statistically more common in some ethnicities than others), or as gender - but since no two of us are identical it stands to reason that there are as many genomes as there are people.

Now, suddenly, there's THIS.

It's always kind of disconcerting when science catches up to inadvertent prescience...
