Oh translations are such fun... [giggle]

An entry about moi on my SPanish publisher's website, translated into English by Google, reades as follows:

"Soul Alexander
Soul Alexander is author of four novels of great success in United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the United States, between which are The Hidden Queen and Changes of Days. The secret language of jin-shei, his first novel, already has been translated to more than seven languages. It was born in Yugoslavia, grew up in Africa and at the present time it lives in Bellingham, Washington, in EE. UU.

Books published in Martinez Roca:

First of all, there's my name "Alma", of course, means "soul" or "spirit" in Spanish. Gawd alone knows what they'll make of me out there - I am some sort of ghostwriter apparently. But it gets rapidly worse - they seem to have a real difficulty in holding onto my gender. First "Jin shei" is referred to as "HIS" first novel, and then "IT" was born in Yugoslavia... heeee. Spirit. Definitely spirit. I can't be any kind of real creature, can I, under these circumstances - outside of a science fiction novel world which allows for shapeshifting at will?...
