Sounds like a swear word doesn't it. It FEELS like one. I haven't got out of bed for two days. CRUD.

I have a bunch of readings coming up, I have the Idaho Kid Lit Festival at which I have to, you know, FUNCTION, I need to do this copy edit that's hanging around my neck and needs to be done like NOOOOOOOOOOOW, and all I can do is cough and hack and sneeze and squeak like a rat caught in a trap... well okay I'm getting better now but for two days that was all I could do. I'm still in bed and likely to stay there for at least one more day. CRUD.

And it's been snowing outside. All day. Don't get me wrong, I love snow, but for the love of God, everything in its place and time! It's APRIL in a few days! I have lilacs in bud outside. It isn't supposed to be snowing.

CRUD.

I still feel like crap except that now I feel a bit better, good enough to whine about feeling like crap.

Crud.

Mutter. Whine. Grumble. Complain complain complain.

I'll be better soon. I promise. But really - this is the first time I've been NEAR a computer in days. On top of everything else I've had email withdrawal.
