Amazon has it listed for pre-order, and so have a few indie bookshops that I know of, and if your local book emporium will do pre-orders and you don't want to do the online thang you can snaffle the ISBN off the Amazon site and hand it to them directly.

I have the ARC of it, and it's damn handsome book!
